This is the message I am getting that stops my access until I give permission to terminate the program.
The instruction at "0x0040da9" referenced memory at "0x00000004" the memory could not be read.
Click here to terminate the program.
I am clueless on this one. I surely would appreciate your help.

Process Name: SoftThinks CD Creator Reminder

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Softhinks cd programme. See if that helps.

finding the program

I am finding it difficult to find the softthink program. Could it be listed in some other fashion?

Ok, no problem.

Go and read this thread HERE, then post a HJT log as an attachment. I`ll see if I can find the programme for you and disable it.
