Removal of C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cmd.exe

I stupidly opened an attachment purporting to be from Companies House and now have a warning that
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cmd.exe is present on my hard drive. Kaspersky is unable to remove this. Help please!!
