Replacing mobo cpu and video card. help

Can I replace all of them without replacing the HHD? and if so, should I remove old video drivers from the hdd before I change everything out? anything else I should do? Thanks for the help.

as long as it is working, it can be used on as many computers as u want, but it needs to be reformatted, and Windows reinstalled new for each mother board, if not then it will have the wrong drivers for the MB and nothing will work right.
