Replacing laptop keyboards are not too dificult. You need a very small flat-blade screwdriver and a very small philips screwdriver to start. The plastic panel at the top of the keyboard needs to be removed first. Try gently prying up one side of the panel with the small flat-blade screwdriver. There may be some screws holding the panel from the bottom of the laptop, that need to be removed too. Once the panel is removed you will see screws that hold the keyboard in place. There is a flat cable that you will have to release inorder to remove the keyboard. Be careful to release the plastic latching mechanism, and gently pull the flat cable loose. To install the new keyboard, just reverse this process
