I was wondering if someone could help me answer a more non techy question,
I have been asked to do an assignment with Harvard referencing, and I understand how harvard referecing should work.
But can I do the 'style' of the paper in IEEE. For example can I use the IEEE double column format paper style with harvard referecning or is that a major no no in academia?? Any help would be great (paper is due on Monday)
