  1. Home theater PCs and gaming systems traditionally haven't had a whole lot in common but with the proliferation of 4K televisions and faster graphics cards, we're seeing more gamers shift their play from the desk to the living room.

No numpad? Hardly a gaming keyboard then, esp. for lefties.

Looks nice, I was looking for that kind of solution to play from the couch -since keyboards with touchpad are OK for media centers but not for gaming, and is kind of tricky to sit comfortably while having a nice surface for a mouse.

Being a Roccat product I've no doubt the quality is beyond reproach. I'll get to play with it sometime although I really have no use for it.
  9. Personally not for me, and I dont want something directly on my lap.
Legs move, so will your aim. Ive thought about how to get to the couch. Or armchair.
The problem is everyones seating is different.
But for me If I wanna sit back against the wall on my bed, like sofa position, then I want the Razer Orbweaver in my left hand, my Death adder in my right. and a keyboard if necessary, on a breakfast in bed, tray / stand thing. something where its not on my legs, moving if I wanna shuffle about.
Now make me comfy. Razer throw pillows, blankets, slippers. Etc.

Now this is more of the direction Valve should have been considering, rather than trying to shoe-horn PC gaming controls into a gamepad. Keep the things that make PC gaming distinct (superior mouse & keyboard control being a primary one), and you'll have selling points for why a SteamMachine over a console. Blur the lines, and there's less reason.
