Runtime Error

I play Vindictus and a lot of the time when I try to open the mailbox I always get a Runtime error.
It goes like this
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
(Big red X in a circle: Runtime Error!
Program:
C:\Nexon|Vindictus\en-US\Vindictus.EXE

Can anyone tell me what to do with this?

Google for an update to "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"

Consider uninstalling Vindictus from your system and reboot PC. Most probably, the error will not show up any more on your system. You can always choose to install it back again on your computer.

However, if you still facing the same issue, try running your system in clean boot mode and find any other suspected program that might causes this error. Here's how to start your system in clean boot mode:
