Russian cyberattack in the Netherlands leaves speed cameras offline indefinitely

It seems like a good test or a series of tests to do it all at once at specific time.
The problem I have with this is that Russia does it because it thinks the same cannot be done to it as well. A "gopnik" only understands force. This is the mentality of Putin and his gangsters as well.
Turn off electricity in Moscow for a few hours, then politely ask him to not do such things in EU.

There's a subtle difference between hybrid attacks and all out war. With hybrid attacks you're never quite sure whether you've been attacked or if it was just bad coding or a fault somewhere. You might suspect Russia, and the sheer number of attacks spread across Europe certainly indicates Russia is behind it all, but you can't prove it.

The only thing you can really do is tighten up your defences. If you do do capture anyone in the act then you do at least have the luxury of interrogating them however you like as no-one will claim these people as theirs. But, at the end of the day, how do you know what they're saying is the truth. Attacking Moscow electricity supply, and admitting to it, is entirely different. That is an act of war.

The best way of dealing with these hybrid attacks is to back Ukraine to the full. Committing to sending arms and weaponry (preferably long range weaponry) is the cheapest and most long term solution available. America's policy of swapping sides every 2 days, selling arms one day, stopping access to communications another, talking with Putin about what he wants etc is just prolonging this war.

And here I thought Russia was utterly devoid of any use in the modern 21st century. Wish they'd shutdown the speed camera network in Australia permanently.

More hacking, and ID theft comes from Pakistan more than any other country.
Oh boy. Nice guess though.
