Sagipsul.com virus

I continue to get a pop-up window that contains a long url that starts with sagipsul.com the web page is blank and it pops up when i go to a new page or exit my browser. i ran the tests for a 8-step virus/spyware/malware removal and have attached the requested logs. I hope someone will be able to tell me how serious this is and what steps I need to take to get rid of it. Thank you
