Samsung launches free Galaxy S4 battery replacement program

My Samsung.Galaxy S4 battery has been running down fast. I have to charge it 2-3 times a day.

I was not told about this ..... bought mine brand new through costco.....my phone has NEVER held a charge for even 3 hours (very hard to work and keep it on charger .....)
How do I get access to a replacement / recall battery ....look forward to the instructions thank you

My S4 cannot hold a charge for more than an hour.
Super frustrating.
How do I get a free battery replacement for this phone???
