SD card drive corrupton errors

Whenever I plug in my USB device it wants to "scan and fix" but it still works if I just choose to continue. On the other hand the G drive which is for my SD card gives me errors of corruption. what shall i do about this?

Have you not tried reinstalling your flash drivers? im new here so im not very computer minded but thats what i would try first

sd cards currupted

sd card and my micro sd they are both currupted but if your going to plug it in my digital cam it works fine including my micro sd in my cellfone .
