Selling off used computers or components?

As the title states is this doable under Techspot.com, I have an old system setup I need to sell off to make some room.
At some other technical forum sites such as tomshardware and overclockers.net that is doable.
Can any lead moderators or one of the admins let us know if that is feasible and where exactly to put it ?
I gave one other member a chance to buy it off me but apparently they are gone for a long period of time.
