Setup shared outbox and calendar

hey i have a problem for the same friend that had the problem with the printer nic card. He wantes me to setup a calender and mailbox on exchange server so that everyone in the office can use one calender and one mailbox how can i set this up can any one point me to a guide thanks.

Shared Calendars are normal and each user imports calendars from correspondants.

Shared Email (in or out bound) is a BAD idea and not sure that's possible.
Obvious issue is no way to tell which user is working on what email and thus
multiple users start corresponding with the same email client -- massively confusing

If you need a consolidated Contact Manager, look at Goldmine.
CM software tracks call progress and who said what to whom.
