when i start to install it'll start up and begin to install untill it get's to 2% and a message pops up that says
A problem occurred when trying to transfer the file 'E:\support\EAHelp\en-us\WebHelp_Skin_Files\XP_SILVER\ealogo.GIF' from the media.
what can i do about this???

Try cleaning the CD in case there is something like grease, dust, dirt or something on it.

i have tried cleaning the cd and i'm still getting the same thing. the disc is not scratched is there anything else?
