Sims 2 Help

Hi everyone

I have a problem with the Sims 2 Site. Iam already registered and have downloaded lots of custom content. Now when i go to log in on the site it says my game isn't registered and i don't know why, so now i can't get into anything on the site. Please HELP me if you can!!!!
