For a couple months now I have been experiencing latency as well as plain graphics issues. Before I was running WOW, HOTS, and a couple other games on ultra settings with little to no problem. Obviously dropping down the graphics in highly populated, dense areas. However, lately I can barely run them at low/good settings with extreme lag spikes at times. These is some information for some to look at. Any advice on speeding my computer up some would be greatly appreciated!

You may have an issue with Windows update - check for failed updates.
You seem likely to have a heat issue... when did you last clean machine and renew thermal paste on CPU and GPU?
