Sluggish Windows 10 Laptop

Windows 10 laptop running extremely slow. Already checked for virus, PUPs, startup apps,etc and nothing. Any suggestions on what to check or do next?

As you said, you have tried everything; then there is only one resort left: uninstall and reinstall Windows 10.
