Something's wrong with my PC's Google search result

So it started yesterday I think, I don't know what I did that made it like these:

pc google image search.png pc google search.png
Right now I can't restore it back.
I've tried re-install Google Chrome, but no luck.

For comparison, this is search result from my laptop:

laptop google image search.png laptop google search.png

See the big difference between the two. The first two look like coming from Google Chrome's first version or something. The latter however is the latest update. (Although I've updated both my PC & laptop Chrome to the latest version).

Anyone know what could be wrong?
Thank you in advance.

I only see on the image in the second version you are logged in...

Ok, I've found the problem. I think there was malware / trojan in my PC. After I scanned it with Malwarebytes, it found 24 malware & trojan, quarantined all of them. And my Chrome browser back to normal. Wew.

Whenever you notice any change in the operation of your browser like a new homepage, new tab page, or strangely operating search engine, it is best to check your extensions and remove all suspicious ones. If this does not work fully, you can still reset your browser. If this does not seem to work still, you can use Malwarebytes or any other trustworthy AV tool to scan your computer for potential and malicious threats.
