I don't really know where to put this thread, but this seemed like a good place.
The problem is that whenever I export a video (whether in 1080p, or when I select custom and put in my native resolution (1680x1050)) there is a big black "box" around the video. Like, the video isn't really full screen, so it's filled up by this black box.
My question is: how can I remove this black box, and export/render in my true native resolution? I've looked up this guide, and all it said was that you should use the "custom" resolution, and then enter the resolution in which it was recorded, but that ended up with the same black box.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, even though I don't think this is a hard-to-fix issue.

Edit: the video's are recorded with fraps in raw .avi format, should it be helpful...
