Sound Problem Windows 10

So, here's the thing. When my PC had Win7, everything worked fine. I upgraded to Win10 and then suddenly I couldn't get a sound from my PC. S/PDIF was the only sound device. I use Yamaha YST-MS30 analog speakers and probably the source of the problem is the sound card (intergrated). Please help me! I also uploaded a DxDiag.txt for you guys. I believe I used to have SoundMAX but not very sure about it. If it's possible I would like a quick response. Thank you.

Go into the Control Panel, under Sound and make sure you select your sound system as the default sound device

Unplug the speakers and re-plug them in while the computer is on. See if Windows responds to doing that

I have tried every possible solution but still won't work:

1: Re-plug them while PC On and Off
2: Tried re-installing drivers for SoundMAX, didn't work
3: Check intergrated soundcard, not sure if I need to update it since I can't find out what model is it
4: Enable / Disable Onboard Devices
5: Check Windows Update
