Startup menu and Toolbar missing

Hi guys

not sure if this is the right place for this post or not,as the title says really,my startup menu and toolbar from the bottom of the desktop have both vanished,the desktop items remain as does the wallpaper,some of the right click options dont work either such as sending an item to my documents,dont know if these two problems are related but am hoping somebody can help

There is free Toolbar Recovery software that has worked for me on the issue you describe. You can do a Gurgle search for Recovery or Repair Toolbar
or you can use this:
