Stop 0X50 win32k.sys Presario 2545

Hi guys, this error only occurs when i put two stick memorys on my laptop. Never when I use one Memory stick, the two have been tested with mentest86 and are ok. But when I put both the stop 0x50 occurs.
I have cut some of the minidump for space requiements.

Hi guys, this error only occurs when i put two stick memorys on my laptop. Never when I use one Memory stick, the two have been tested with mentest86 and are ok. But when I put both the stop 0x50 occurs.
I try one memory stick in one bank and the laptop do good, after a while i put the same memory stick in the other memory bank and again the pc works great. I do the same with the other memory stick and again my laptop is ok. BUT when a put both of them changing their position doesnt matter in wich bank they are the error begin to happen again

Is your laptop still under warrenty? How much memory can your motherboard handle? If it is still under warrenty I would have them correct whatever the issue is.

Requested data was not in memory. An invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI card).
