Strange X has stopped working

I'm having a look at a laptop for a friend.

When I start up into a user profile, I get four of the pop-up boxes saying "Stur abuthent heldeco" has stopped working.

Does anyone know what this is and where to look so I can try and solve the problem. A Google search brought up no matches.

As you already noticed, "Stur abuthent heldeco" isn't identifiable.

But it it something that is on that users profile:
Start> Run> type in 'msconfig' without quotes'> enter> Selective Startup> Startup tab> UNCHECK everything but the processes for the antivirus program and firewall- if you're on a laptop, leave the touchpad checked> Apply> OK

Reboot: NOTE: You will get a nag message that can be closed and ignored after checking 'don't show this message again.' Sty in Selective Startup.

Run scans with your antivirus program and at least two spyware/adware programs.

We'll go from there. Please advise if this is resolved after using msconfig.
