Streaming from pc to pc (on another network - internet)

I need a solution for streaming music from pc to pc (on another network - internet)
Streaming live line in audio...

I am only going to stream to 1 or 2 users and I would like to avoid spending $
I tried connecting with them through LogmeIn Hamachi and it works for sharing files - I don't know how to stream through that vpn.

I can't use Youtube, Facebook, or similar because of music rights.

Any practical ideas would be nice.

You can stream anything from PC to PC with DirecTV and even to a monitor. I would think even a wired or wireless router would allow you to do it if you configured it to set up a lan.
