Stuck on system repair

Hi,

I have a system which is stuck on "startup repair".

Prior, league of legends had some kind of update. During the update I kept getting errors saying my d: was full or whatever which is not the case. There over 100gigs of free space left. My computer gave me another error saying I needed to restart for repairs to the drive....and now this.

Any solutions would be welcome.

Boot into Safe Mode & login as the Administrator

get CMD prompt and run Cleanmgr

then do it again and [x] System Files

now reboot normal

Not being allowed to boot into safe mode.

Can you launch COMMAND?

Can access cmd from the troubleshoot.

Tried what was suggested, and still the same issue.

Disable automatic startup repair using CMD:
bcdedit /set {identifier} recoveryenabled No

Didn't work.
