Superhuman: The Future of Email or a Monumental Waste of Money?

When I want to get rid of email - I don't mean out of my inbox - I mean I want to get rid of email!

that said - while I get why they would want o build on top of someone else's infrastructure - that puts them completely at google's mercy which appears can be pretty arbitrary. also google's spam filtering tends to be overly aggressive imo with false positives galore. that's not even getting into now there's one more party with access to your email content! no thanks

$30/month.....no thanks! Gmail has some nice options like forwarding/moving your email to a different client like Outlook. I suspect with enough work, you could nearly achieve the same thing as this service does.

I recommend you stop feeding Google your data and exercise the option to move it, while they still offer it for free.

Yahoo! just recently stopped offering free e-mail forwarding, for example, and now charge for it. It may only be a matter of time until other data mining email services do the same.

I saw the date of this article: April 1st. Lol I mean who in the hell would pay $30/mth for email??!? Lol thanks for the laughs. Happy April fool's!!

OK, I was about to post to ask if this was being marketed by Scientolo...(you know who). Geemail's bad UI might be the author's real problem here. Seriously, I was going to try to save the author from them self. Exclusivity sells to... uh, some people. $30/mo built on a "free" no-privacy service?

Then I saw poohbear's comment (good spot, BTW!). You got me. Well played, my friend, well played!

Happy belated April Fools!

PS. Get Mailbox.org, Posteo, or even Fastmail...

Superwaste. Super-useless. The worst part is I wasted time skimming through this article.

The date is a coincidence. Sadly, this "innovative" service exists and the app is only available for iOS (go figure):

At least Gmail spies on us for free. These guys wanna spy on top developers, executives and media people AND charge them for that? Way to greedy.
