System freezing & hanging repeatedly, minidump attached

Hello All,

My Windows 7 based desktop is freezing and rebooting repeatedly.
System configuration is

• AMD Phenom II X2 560 Processor
• 8GB RAM
• 500 GB HardDisk

We have installed 3D Max software on the system, system gets hanged / freezed / BSOD most of the time when 3D Max is being used.
We have attached the mini dumps, kindly help us out.

An ATI video driver is causing the trouble

TMagic650 thanks for responding to my query. Can you tell how to troubleshoot this driver problem, How do I repair the driver?

Also it would be great if you can tell us how to read / understand the minidump content.
