TASK Manager problem

When i press Ctrl ALt Delete, the task manager pop up but without any taps (shutdown, restart.....)
Can't close or minimize it.

The task manager is always on top of the other windows.

can anyone help me.....thankyou

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Try clicking on the boarder of task manager(See pic below) and see if it helps.

thankyou very much Howard.....it worked......didn't know how it got there the first place.....can you tell me how i got that problem?

Perhaps you or someone else double clicked next to the tabs by accident. If it ever happens again, you`ll know how to fix it.
