Task manager problems

everytime i try to open taskmanager it opens and closes like in 1-2 seconds. It never did that be4 i got infected with some virus or w/e it could be. I use norton anti virus, adaware, spydoctor,registry cleaner. Plz tell me how to fix this problem. thanks.
