Your CPU usage is currently at 100%, if you haven't already and it is still hanging, perform a cold boot, come back up in safe mode and disable all processes not pertinent in MSCONFIG
Restart, rerun task manager, and grant taskmgr.exe higher priority. There are definitely underlying problems here.

not the solution but maybe a work around until a proper solution is found:
process explorer:

I actually use this as a replacement for the task manager.

Your system is riddled with nasties. In addition to that, you`re not running any antivirus or firewall softwear.
Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.
If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.
Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.
Post fresh HJT, Combofix and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
