I've gone for the CPU/RAM/Mobo prize, not just because of a big performance improvement over what I already have, but also because of being more power efficient. My flat is all electric (no gas for cooking or heating) so anything to cut down my power costs would be a big help, especially at this time of year in England when I've got electric heaters running all the time...

Definitely the Ipad I have a 4 year old turning 5 in December. It would be the best gift for her. I have 4 kids so an Ipad would be something they can all share
