Please help.....
I am getting bellow error frequently, when i start my laptop after 1 or 2 min blue screen appears and it get restarted ...
My system spec:
Intel Core2 Duo , Ram =3GB
2.2Ghz, 4mb L2 cache, T7500

I have installed Ccleaner , which start running as window open. So those files got purge from that location. Now i have changed the setting of Ccleaner from automatic start to mannual. So that i get dump file if such issue happen .

I am not able to perform the action mentioned in the link.
1) i am not able to find the location in cd
2) I found WUAUCLT.EXE-399A8E72.pf file in window/prefetch
3) link suggest the following

Probably caused by : ntkrnlpa.exe
PROCESS_NAME: wuauclt.exe

Please run Memtest on your Ram
And confirm all your Device Drivers are up to date
