my cpu dont have no thermal grease just a little tiny bit and the heat also has a little bit.. those this make the computer not boot because its not booting not even to the booting screen the monitor wont even turn on or the the keyboard or the mouse i dont know whats happening.. when turn it on all the light turns on the power,activity,cd rom drive light turn on but when i take of the hard drive the activity light dont turn on.... im kind a newbie so any body can help me out i will appreciated
