Hi Guys was hoping you can help, I have a number of users that when trying to print an excel document(not a complicated one either) to a printer the following message is recieved on screen.

The instruction at "0x77e81138" Referenced memory at "0x000fb9dc". The memory could not be "read".

This crashes excel.

now I have read through other users and they all seem slightly different to this as this seems to be the only one that mentions the act of Printing.

have refreshed the users profile, and supplied a new machine.

I hope the numbers in the error message are useful!

Check drwtsn32.log and it tells you which windows module is the culprit.
