As most people will already know, as there are so many threads with the same problem, when I try to play the Sims 2 it pops up with the message about 'DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapter '. The Sims 2 worked perfectly fine before, so I know that I have a correct graphics card, but now it pops up with that message. Sometimes, the message doesn't pop up and instead goes onto the game. But as the video finishes, sometimes it gets as far as the neighborhood screen, it just closes itself down with no warning.
Any suggestions?
Also, if I need the latest drivers, where do I get them?
