The mental gymnastics you lot are willing to go through to justify the behaviour of the deranged lunatics currently in charge and everything associated with them is extraordinary. A close friend of my daughter's was kidnapped, raped, and then murdered by an illegal alien that was not only caught at the border by the Biden Adminstration, then released -- but who had previously committed other violent crimes without being deported as required by the law.

AI may provide hints, but cant be deterministic. An AI filter for policy (as people as done before but even worse) may identify incorrectly someone by the data available or due to the way it works (a network of inferred relations between data slices on a lot of levels). As farfetched as may sound, time after time we are finding the proofs that we cant trust AI, is as flawed as us, and may take a chance against us after finding that we are the problem.
