The User Profile Service Has Failed To Sign In?

I have windows 8.1 Pro and I am stuck out of my computer.I'm the only user in the computer and it says The User Profile Service Has Failed To Sign In?.I don't know how to boot to safe mode.

I mean that idk how to log in as a different account.There is no options to log in to the adminstrator account....There is buttons but when I click them,nothing happens! even if I try to shut down.And I don't know how to run system restore when I'm locked out..

Boot into SAFE MODE and run system restore from there

Tap F8 while PC is turning on. Select Safe Mode. It might be hidden in some other menus...

I am using gigabyte computer
and when I pressed F8 while pc is on
there is 2 options
1.CD ROM (somthing like that and a few numbers)
2.Sata (and a few numbers)
but I tried both of the options,none of them works there is still the (user profile has failed to sign in)

The key is F8 still. Try enabling USB keyboard in the BIOS. You're using USB, right? Try the old-school if USB doesn't work.

Thanks,all I have to do was doing system restore and everything worked again!
