This Blue Screen Error please help

Hi there,

Keep getting a blue screen error 0x0000050 invalid page fault

This is what I've replaced with no success in solving the problem
Motherboard
Hard Disk
RAM
ATI Dispaly Card

I've updated
Drivers
BIOS

Ive used
memtest
Hot CPU Tester
Results - no problems


Ive attached 6 dumps, I'd be really grateful if someone could tell me whats causing it, I've a feeling its the cache on the processor but would like a firm answer before I replace this
