hot tools are:

file monitor, registry monitor and process explorer

With process explorer you can search for specified handles bij name or just a part of a path. For example you can search a process who has certain files in use. Give em a try. An administrators must have.

Yea I love their process explorer:

I have it replacing my windows Task Manager. Unlike windows take manager it closed a dead program instantly while windows might take a minute or it might never close it.

another nice tool

cmdasuser.exe lets you start a dos screen under specific user.

even starting a dos prompt under localsystem account (full os rights).

Browse the internet or try www.filesearching.com for this tool.

Its a microsoft tool (i compiled it from example code, if you are having difficulties finding the tool i will post it online).
