Toshiba A215-S6818 no power

am a new user of this site!!!!!!!!

i have a Toshiba A215-S6816 laptop, when i used to plug the adapter it shows AC lights on the laptop, but when i press the ON button, the power LED blinks...

Take out the battery and AC adapter

Hold down the power button to drain all the power

But battery back in and plug in AC adapter

Turn on laptop
