Transfering saved games into new pc

  1. Hello everyone,
I just bought a new computer and I have saved games in my old pc, like Oblivion, Half life 2, Fear, and others. So how can I transfer these saved game files into my new computer? I don't want to play these games from the beginning, specially games like oblivion.
Can someone please tell me how can I do that?
    Thanks for help

re Oblivion: under your user name, My Documents, My Games will be an Oblivion folder - just copy the whole My Games fiolder and paste it in the same spot.

So you mean burn the whole game folder into a cd or dvd and copy it into the new computer?

Once you install the game on your NEW computer it will create that same folder and sub-folders there.

Then you copy the OLD game folder and subfolders in one step to a cd and then copy from the cd to the NEW computer and overwrite the folder and subfolders.

Note that SOME games (not Oblivion) will not recognize copied saves.
