trojan horse downloader.generic2.muz problem :/

Hello,

I was hoping you guys would be able to shed some light on this trojan for me. I can't get freakin rid of the bloody thing. I've tried everything i can think of to do with my limited computer skills.... very limited. AVG keeps deleting it but it keeps showing back up every time I reboot my computer and I'm gettin all these annoying pop-ups even though i have a pop-up blocker. I've attached a copy of my last HJT log, hopefully you guys can help, Thanks for listening

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with PurityScan/Clickspring adware and you have a vundo infection as well.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
