Trojan virus

hi! yesterday i got a message saying that i have a trojan virus, more specifically "trojan.win32.fraudopack.oyr".and i cant remove it. i do not know what to do now. i would appreciate if someone could help me. i used hijack this and here is the View attachment 49988

Go to Best Buy or some other place that sells software. Buy a Virus removal tool like Mcafee AntiVirus that lets you boot from their CD/dvd instead of your hard drive.

Boot from it and the software will remove the virus. No big deal, I do this for friends all the time.

but i have an antivirus i have the "f-secure antivirus for work stations". the problems is that the file is in quarantine and when i delete it and restart the pc, i receive a new message saying that i have the virus again.
