Is there a good anti virus free of charge that i can get and anti spyware to i already have AVG free edition and Microsoft anti spyware

haha no worries, we all started off like yourself. um...good programs are lavasoft's adaware, the personal edition is free, and they upgrade definitions regularly online....also some ppl like to use spybot, but i personally haven't used it yet.

#1 = you should post in whatever forum your question relates to

#2 = I don't think you should shut your computer down unless you will not be using it for a while, frequent shutdowns/startups are not good for your system.

Think of your computer as a car engine.... even though it is obviously necessary to start it... starting it causes the most wear on your engine.
