how do i remove uiseagnt.exe. my computer is saying that it's not protected and need activate

uiseagnt.exe is a part of Trend Micro Antivirus.
Do you have it installed?

we have micro trend platinium and not sure if uiseagnt.exe is installed. how do i check. sorry i am not really a computer person.

What is the EXACT message, you're getting?

useagnt.exe

the message is "application cannot be executed. the file useagnt.exe is infected. please activate your antivirus software." then a window appears with MS Removal Tool it's asking to continue unprotected or click here if you already have activation code. MS Romoval Tool scanning window also appears.

the computer is running slow and it would automatically turn off.

"application cannot be executed. the file useagnt.exe is infected. please activate your antivirus software." this message is continuously popping up on the bottom tool bar.
