Ultimate BSOD puzzle, can you break it?

Firstly hello to everyone, unfortunately, i haven't had a great deal to stalk the boards and look over on etiquette, however this particular issue is really getting to me, and when i was researching the faults this forum often popped up with solutions to the problem, so as cheesy as it is, this is my last hope =D

Machine Specifications:

Asus P7H55-M motherboard
Intel I3 Clarkdale 530 CPU
OZUK 4GB Dual channel DDR3 1066 RAM
Samsung 750GB HDD

Details of problem:

Memory_Management
and
Video Scheduler Blue screens

Details of Diagnostic Tests:

Memtested: RAM passes 7 loops
Samsung HDD Diag: has passed and has no bad sectors
OS: reinstalled several versions all create same BSOD's
Motherboard: Tried two, returned first as thought it was the issue
CPU Fan: replaced the original with a second.

Has anyone got any ideas, as all the research I've done on-line has pointed to the above components, but as they have all passed testing, im officially stumped, and this issue is starting to cost me quite a bit of money just to swap out parts, and is overall rather stressful (although most computer issues are stressful)

Well since you reinstalled the OS we cannot look at your previous minidumps. Do you have any minidump files since the reinstall due to BSODs?

I'm currently re running a memtest on the sticks of ram individually, and if nothing comes from that i'll stress test the CPU and ram with Orthos so that it creates a mini dump report.
