The scanner test was successful for my UMAX Astra 3400 Scanner; however, everytime I attempt to scan a new document, the prompt to perform a scanner test always appears with the same error message:
Scanner in use: the scanner is used by the other applications, please close that application before accessing the scanner.
However, there are no applications in use when I open applications tab in Task Manager.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
