Unable to access my Outlook Data – OST Error Code 0000000E

I am unable to open my Outlook mailbox. Error Code 0000000E is showing while opening MS Outlook 2007. Please provide me any method to resolve this issue. I am totally frustrated with this. Should I change my Outlook version? If I will go with this then what will I have to do?
