Uninstall option went missing

Hey, recently, my uninstall/remove options have disappeared when i wanted to uninstall a program by going to control panel. It happened after an update and when i did a system restore, the uninstall options were still not there. This applied to most of my programs which had their date, publisher, size information disappeared. As my uninstall options disappeared, all these other stuff popped in there and now i got a lot of these adobe and microsoft stuff in my control panel to remove stuff (screenshot). Btw i have vista home premium 32-bit.

Was this update a Service Pack update?

i forgot the actual update but no, it was not a service pack update. Oh and i uninstall quite a few programs before i actually updated so it may be cause by uninstallions
