Uninstall Windows 7 RC Install Windows 7 in a triple boot PC

Hi,
This is my first posting .I have Two hard drives.On first drive Windows XP and Ubuntu 10.04 installed.On second drive Windows RC is installed.Initial booting is being done by Grub 2 and on selection XP or WIN 7 or Ubuntu is selected.Now I want to remove Windows 7 RC and install Windows 7 in its place.Request guidance for carrying out the alteration.

You have 2 options. Option 1: https://www.techspot.com/guides/144-removing-windows7/page2.html
Option 2: Boot from the Windows 7 CD/DVD (you will have to anyways) and reformat the drive when you get to the drive options screen.

Removed Windows 7RC and Installed Windows 7 on the same partition following the guidance.However grub disappeared .With the live CD I restored the same .thanks
